By accessing or using Saarthik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the platform, including the self-study tracker and mock tests, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its original content, features, functionalities, and study materials (including but not limited to AI evaluations, mock tests, and flashcards) are and will remain the exclusive property of Saarthik and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Saarthik.

4. Subscription & Payments

While the core self-study tracker is provided for free, Saarthik offers premium features (such as Mains AI Answer Evaluation, PYQs, and Premium Notes) under paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform or its AI evaluation engines.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape or systematically extract content or study materials from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saarthik, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
