At Saarthik, we provide premium digital content, self-study trackers, and AI evaluation services. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. This Refund Policy outlines our strict no-refund terms.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds or money-back guarantees for our premium subscription plans, individual mock tests, AI answer evaluations, or any other digital study resources. Once a purchase is made and access is granted to our digital ecosystem, it is deemed consumed, and no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

3. Subscription Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds for past or current billing periods, you have the freedom to cancel your recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future charges. Canceling your subscription will stop the next billing cycle, but you will retain full access to premium features until the end of your currently paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use.

4. Accidental Duplicate Charges

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the rare event of a proven technical error resulting in an accidental duplicate charge for the same transaction. If this happens, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with proof of the duplicate transaction.
